AIDC² Expo ’25 kick-started with an opening keynote address from H.E. Egypt’s Minister of Foreign Affairs
Dr. Badr Abdel Aaty,
who outlined Cairo’s commitment to developing responsible AI for peaceful use in the interest of the Middle East and Africa, and the world at large. The opening panel followed with a hot title:
“Egypt’s Blueprint for Regional Digital Collaboration”

The start of the second day was also remarkable with an opening keynote from H.E. Minister of Planning, Economic Development, and International Cooperation
Dr. Rania El Mashaat,
whose focus was Investment in Human Capital in a World Driven by AI. One outstanding panel tackled AI for Peace. This panel by representatives of the African Union from all regions of the continent was charting Africa’s governance future.
We Innovate Finals
A program by WE (Telecom Egypt), designed to equip youth with entrepreneurial, soft, and cybersecurity skills, culminating in a national hackathon. WE Innovate is an innovation and entrepreneurship hub, dedicated to cybersecurity enthusiasts, brought by Telecom Egypt & EG|CERT, and sponsored by NTRA. This is a community that strives to create a supportive innovative ecosystem that unites technical experts, entrepreneurs, venture builders, investors, and leading corporations.
