Next Technology Development

About

For 20 years, NEXT Technology Development has helped build Egypt’s employability and digital-skills ecosystem. Working with ministries, universities, technology providers, and employers, NEXT has delivered millions of training hours and supported tens of thousands of trainees, graduates, and professionals on their path to meaningful work. Its track record combines large-scale workforce-development programmes with practical, market-led learning: connecting people to the skills, job profiles, and opportunities that employers genuinely need. NEXT’s network and partnerships enable it to bridge education, technology, and employment—supporting young people, institutions, and companies with measurable outcomes. At Cairo ICT, NEXT will present NextOne, the next evolution of this experience: an AI-powered employability platform that connects assessment, personalized development, job readiness, and employer access in one continuous journey. NextOne helps turn potential into verified capability, giving candidates a clearer route to work and employers a stronger view of job-ready talent. Visit the NEXT stand to experience it live.
